We assess each event individually with the goal of exceeding both your expectations and those of your guests. The number of technicians required depends on the format and complexity of the event, and we are happy to advise you on the most efficient setup.

As a general guideline, we recommend at least three technicians for events in Space Arena.

Our aim is for technicians to work no more than one full working day per shift. If a shift change is required, time must be allocated for handover, typically one hour per technician. Each booking is assessed individually based on the needs of the event.

For additional technical equipment, setup and breakdown costs apply, as staffing is based on the total scope of your technical order.

For permanently installed equipment, such as the basic technical package, setup and breakdown are included at no extra cost.

For equipment hired from third-party suppliers, a delivery and collection fee of SEK 3,000 excluding VAT applies unless otherwise agreed. This will be clearly stated in your technical specification and/or quotation.

For most items, subsequent rental days after the first are charged at 50 percent of the daily rate. Some package prices are charged at the full daily rate for each day, which will be clearly specified in the price list and/or your technical specification.

A clear run of show is highly appreciated and often essential for staffing and technical planning. We kindly ask that you share a draft run of show no later than 15 days before your event, including programme points, timings and screen content requirements.

Absolutely. We can select a suitable playlist together on site. We hold the necessary public performance licences through STIM and SAMI.

Yes, digital call-to-session functionality is available as standard in Space Market and Space Lounge. For other areas, we can tailor a solution to suit your needs.

If you have booked a presentation computer from us, you may share your presentations in advance via email or a file-sharing service. We prefer to provide you with an upload link so that files are delivered directly into our systems.

It is not necessary to create a master presentation, as our systems allow for seamless switching between individual presentations.

We recommend using PowerPoint or Keynote, but we also support PDF and Google Slides. If you use custom fonts, please include the font files with your presentation.

If your presentation contains video, please embed the video directly into the file and avoid external links. Kindly inform us upon delivery if video content is included.

Please name your files clearly and systematically, ideally with a sequence number at the beginning such as 001_ or 1430_, followed by the speaker name, session title and the stage where the presentation will be used.

If your content is produced in standard 16:9 format, there are several ways to optimise it for the LED wall. A common solution is to display presentations within a branded background layout, while video content can run across the full width of the screen. We are happy to guide you through the options and find the best solution for your event.

Yes, provided that your supplier is deemed professionally qualified to carry out the assignment.

As the client, you assume responsibility for any damage to equipment during your booking, so please ensure your insurance coverage is adequate.

When using an external technical supplier, a house technician must be booked for the entire period during which our equipment is in use, for safety and operational reasons.

To guarantee delivery, we require your order well in advance of the event. The following deadlines apply:
Booking of technicians: 15 working days
Booking of additional technical equipment: 5 working days
Presentations: 1 working day
Content for playback: 1 working day
Print originals such as vinyl and photo walls: 15 working days
Gobo artwork: 20 working days
